Cookie Policy
This page is short because there isn’t much to tell you. We set no cookies on this site. We run no analytics and no advertising. One item of browser storage keeps your place in the contact form, and the bot check on that form is run by Cloudflare. That’s the whole picture.

The one thing we store
The only browser storage the site itself uses is a single sessionStorage key. It exists so that reloading the page halfway through the contact form doesn’t throw away your answers.
snag_contact_draft
- What it holds: the contact form you have started filling in, saved as you type.
- Why: so a reload, a back button, or a stray refresh doesn’t make you retype everything.
- Where it lives: in your browser, readable only by this site. It is never transmitted to us. We only receive your answers when you press submit.
- How long: it is deleted the moment the form submits successfully, and the browser clears it automatically when you close the tab.
This is strictly necessary storage in the ordinary sense: it does one thing you asked for, on the page you asked for it on, and it doesn’t follow you anywhere.
Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form
The contact form at /contact is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that keeps automated spam out of our inbox. Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare, and that script may set its own cookies or browser storage in order to tell a person apart from a script.
That storage is Cloudflare’s, not ours. We can’t read it, and we don’t receive it. Cloudflare’s handling of it is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Turnstile runs on the contact form only. It isn’t loaded on the rest of the site, so if you never open the contact page you never encounter it.
What we deliberately don’t use
It is easier to be specific about the absences than to describe them in general terms. None of the following is present on this site:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any other analytics product.
- A Meta or Facebook pixel, or any other advertising pixel or tag.
- Any advertising network, retargeting service, or ad exchange.
- Session recording, replay, heatmapping, or scroll tracking.
- Cross-site or cross-device tracking of any kind.
- Data brokers. We don’t buy information about you and we don’t sell any.
- Third-party iframes. Fonts are self-hosted and built into the site, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites. Because we don’t build a profile of you and don’t follow you anywhere, we have nothing to sell and nothing to share for targeted advertising.
How to control or clear browser storage
Every major browser lets you see, block, and delete cookies and site storage from its settings, usually under privacy or site data. You can clear storage for this site alone or for everything at once, and you can block third-party cookies outright. Private or incognito browsing discards all of it when you close the window.
What breaks if you clear it
Almost nothing. Clearing storage for this site means the contact form won’t remember a draft you had started. Every page still loads, every link still works, and nothing you have already sent us is affected. If you block the Cloudflare Turnstile script specifically, the bot check can’t complete and the contact form won’t submit. You can email us at hello@snaglabs.ai instead.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track header or a Global Privacy Control signal to tell sites not to track you or not to sell or share your information.
We don’t track you across sites, so there is nothing for either signal to switch off here. Nothing changes because nothing was happening. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information to the extent it applies to us, and we will keep honoring it if that ever becomes more than a formality.
Changes to this policy, and how to reach us
If we ever add analytics, advertising, or any other tracking technology, we will update this page before it goes live, change the date at the top, and say plainly what was added. The absences listed above are commitments, not accidents, and we’d be undoing one of the better things about this site.
